Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROMETIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
